I started my career as an engineer but five years after qualifying I decided to switch to business development, sales management and marketing. I enjoyed a very successful career in this sector for many years.

I’m married to Carol who is also my best friend and we have two children (both now married). Together we have been involved in Eurovangelism/TEN since 1979. This all started when we moved to Tavistock in Devon and met with Gary and Liz Cox. At that time Gary was then making trips into Eastern Europe encouraging and equipping the local Christians and supporting their projects. We were both captured by the vision of Eurovangelism/TEN, so we gave up holidays and went on numerous mission and humanitarian aid trips to many countries, both in Europe and beyond.

I am now greatly privileged to be leading TEN into this next season and blessed to be working with partners seeking to make a difference to the lives of some of the neediest peoples in Europe. Currently, there are approximately 80 projects in 16 countries; the vision is to expand and deepen the partner relationships resulting in transforming the lives of many more people across this vast continent.

Interesting facts about me: I’m energetic and passionate; I don’t like clutter or mess; I love sport especially football, motor sport and rugby; I love outdoors and cycling.
