As Communications Officer it’s my responsibility to ensure that all TEN communications are published on time, within brand guidelines and in a clear, attractive manner. Printed publications such as the TEN Magazine and campaign materials are now complemented by the website and a suite of digital communications including E-news. It’s also my job to make sure the website content is more easily found and to attract new supporters through email and social media channels, such as Twitter and Facebook.
I previously spent almost five years employed as a Digital Marketing Executive with Visit Cornwall and contributed to the design, delivery and development of the award-winning tourism website www.visitcornwall.com, which now attracts over 3 million visitors annually.
My vision is to see churches and Christian ministries making full use of the online digital space; where people now spend a lot of time. You can also follow me on Twitter @BobNorthey
I now live in Keynsham, Bristol with my wife Margaret, who is a Primary School supply teacher.
In my leisure-time I enjoy the outdoors, visiting historic places and writing.
