Fellowship of the Lord’s People

If you wish to support the work of Artur Krasniqi in any way, please get in touch with the TEN office.

Fellowship of the Lord’s People in Prishtina was established on 1985, being the first Evangelical Church in Kosova. By God’s grace, since than the Church has always been filled of people who willingly and wholeheartedly stayed faithful towards God’s Kingdom in Kosova.

Almost all the church members come from a Muslim background, being the only Christians within their family in most of the cases. There are growing numbers of new families in the church. The Lord has used the church to be an encouragement for the ministry among Kosovars. Today our church is very unique; the participation of many internationals make it a “house of prayer for the nations”. We believe in the power of God’s Word to transform individual’s lives and nations. We are trusting God that in next five years we will have 500 born-again believers and 5 churches planted.

Beside the regular services there is a variety of ministries and projects in Prishtina and other cites. The church for many years has had lots of impact on educational, social and spiritual aspect through House of Hope Community development centres among Albanians and Roma people. Mercy Ministry, among the poor and needy, has served as blessing for many families in need. Through children and youth projects, we are much closer to the communities and their specific needs. Bible school is a place where the entire church of Kosova can benefit. A second-hand shop, regenerating income and helping out the needy has become a role model for others. By its work, the church is trusting God and exploring different approaches to reach people for Jesus and His Kingdom.

Pastor Artur Krasniqi is pastoring the Fellowship of the Lords People for almost 20 years. He and his wife Brikena have two wonderful boys. His passion remains preaching and teaching the Word. He is one of the founders of KPEC (Kosova Protestant Evangelical Church), Co-founder of the First Kosova Bible School and many other organizations within the country. He together with the Church shares the same vision and desire on seeing a great revival happening in Kosova.

Prayer Points

  • Pray for the young generation of believers. We pray for a generation who will passionately carry the responsibility on advancing the gospel and Kingdom’s work in Kosova. That they will never grow weary but obey God’s will. For God to use them boldly, starting on their families, friends and communities and entire Kosova.

  • Pray for the church of Kosova, for revival and transformation within the society. Since there is rise of extremism from Islam (including 96% of the population who claim to be Muslim), pray so that the church becomes a shining light among this nation and for the Spirit of the Lord to penetrate within the families, and bring salvation before the real Islamic confusion and spiritual darkness captures them.

  • Pray for young Christian leaders. For them to fully get trained and equipped in the Word, skills and work for Jesus. For more Bible training and preparation among young leaders.
