How does Direct Debit work?
By providing us with your details and an instruction to collect monthly donations by Direct Debit, you enable TEN to set up a subscription for the amount and date of collection you have chosen.  After clicking the ‘Submit’ button you will see confirmation of your request and be asked to complete a Direct Debit mandate via our approved payment partner, GoCardless.  A member of the TEN team will then set up the subscription and you will be emailed confirmation of this.

Why Direct Debit?
Giving to charity by Direct Debit is an easy way to donate on a regular basis. In the UK, 30% of charitable giving is by Direct Debit and this enables TEN to fund projects and people with added certainty.

Can I change my mind?
Direct Debits are easily amended or cancelled at any time through your online banking or bank branch visit or by simply advising the TEN office, who can make the change on your behalf.

By ticking the Gift Aid box in the form above, you confirm you want Gift Aid to apply, will provide your home address via the Direct Debit mandate form and that you are a UK taxpayer who understands if you pay less Income Tax and/or Capital Gains Tax than the amount of Gift Aid claimed on all your donations in that tax year it is your responsibility to pay any difference.

Gift Aid is reclaimed by the charity from the tax you pay for the current tax year.  Your address is needed to identify you as a current UK taxpayer.
